Ten years of fixing it,

I've been working in IT for over ten years. I've touched just about everything — printers, M365 administration, network infrastructure, automations, complex web and desktop applications, and a lot of things in between that I'm probably forgetting.
These days I'm most interested in building things that actually work and last: practical tools, useful automations, and infrastructure that makes other work easier. A fair amount of that is in the agentic space now — assistants and scheduled agents that do real operational work instead of just answering questions.
This site is where that work gets documented, including the parts that didn't go anywhere. Everything I try on a client's site has usually been tried on mine first, at my own expense, where the only person inconvenienced when it goes wrong is me. Theprojects page has the details.
Three things, mostly
Agentic engineering
Agents that do operational work rather than answer questions — scheduled, wired to real tools, and able to hand work to each other. Most of what I ship now lives here.
Web products
Design and build, end to end. The interesting problem is usually explanation, not layout: making a product people have never seen before make sense in the first ten seconds.
IT operations
M365 and Entra administration, network and desktop infrastructure, and the automation that makes the recurring half of a service desk disappear. Ten years of home turf.
