A whiteboard agents can actually build on. Boards hold plans, forms, wireframes and dashboards that outlive the conversation that made them, so work an agent does in one session is still there — and still editable — in the next.
Chop DeckBrowser Sampler and Sequencer
A sampler and sequencer in the shape of a late-90s hardware drum machine, running entirely in the browser. Chop a break onto the pads, record a sequence, mix it down. Free, MIT-licensed, works offline, and installs as a desktop app — no account needed to make a beat.
supedA Persistent Computer for Agents
One command gives an agent a real Linux computer instead of another abstraction. It builds a persistent Ubuntu box locally — shell, Python, Node, git, ffmpeg, Chromium, passwordless sudo — with a home directory that survives resets. No agent ships with it: anything that can run a shell command can use it.

An internal automation platform for an MSP — the M365, ticketing, monitoring and billing toolchain pulled into one operational view, with reporting and the common remediations running on a schedule. Built on Azure Functions and Static Web Apps as Service Desk Manager.
TiculateStatus Page and Workspace
One project record with two faces: a page stakeholders read, and a workspace the collaborators and agents work from. Built for the case where an agent is doing the building and a person is steering, and the record goes stale between check-ins.
MaestroScheduled AI Agents
Purpose-built agents you schedule and wire together into a score that keeps running while you don't. Not one general assistant — a roster of narrow ones for outreach, inbox triage, lead research and rank monitoring, each handing work to the next.
Even AfterMessages That Arrive Later
Record voice messages, write letters, upload photos — scheduled to reach the people you love on birthdays, anniversaries, and after you're gone. A product nobody goes looking for, about a subject people would rather not think about.
Ten-plus years produces a lot of half-documented work — web apps, desktop tools, automations, M365 tenancy plumbing. The interesting ones get written up here over time.
